Full kitchen re-plumb and new appliance circuits
A 1970s kitchen with corroded galvanized supply lines and one overloaded circuit. We re-piped it in PEX and gave the new appliances their own dedicated circuits, in three days, with the family still living at home.

The problem
The homeowners called about low water pressure at the kitchen sink and a breaker that tripped whenever the dishwasher and microwave ran together. They were about to install new appliances and didn't want to put them on old lines.
What we found
The supply lines were original galvanized steel, heavily corroded inside, which explained the pressure drop. The kitchen counters, dishwasher and microwave were all sharing one 15-amp circuit.
What we did
Replaced every kitchen supply and drain line with PEX and new PVC traps
Added shut-off valves under the sink and behind the fridge
Ran three new dedicated circuits for the dishwasher, microwave and range hood
Brought the countertop outlets up to code with GFCI protection
We worked in stages so the water was back on every evening.
The result
Full pressure at every tap, no more tripped breakers, and a kitchen ready for its new appliances. The homeowners approved one fixed price before we started, and the final bill matched it.
From the homeowner
They told us exactly what had to happen on each day and stuck to it. Water was back on every evening, which mattered with two kids at home.
